Our harnesses come in two different styles: Hudson and Scout.

At Huxley & Kent, our goal is to develop fun, fashionable, and functional pet products that are unique to our industry. Some of our products solve problems or fill a need, and others are just plain fun!

What’s the difference between Scout and Hudson?

The Hudson is designed with more mesh in the front and sides for dogs who pull more and features 3M Velcro closure. The Scout Lo-Profile is made with less mesh to be cool during warmer times of the year.

What is Back Out Brake Technology?

Our harnesses have exclusive back out brake technology, designed for safety and performance. Each harness has two sliders on either side of the webbing that adjust to provide a secure fit, reducing the dog’s ability to back out of the harness.

The Scout Lo-Profile Harness is a lightweight, easy to control step-in mesh vest harness for dogs of all sizes. This harness accommodates dogs from 4lbs to 70lbs. The design of this harness is ideal for smaller dogs and for active dogs who need a breathable harness. The four points of adjustability help accommodate to all sizes of pets, and allow for room to grow. Each harness also has five points of reflection for night time safety.
