How to Use: Place the collar on a flat table, then simply remove the cover and aim it at the inflation port upright, Vigorously and Firmly press (important) the nozzle down into the refill port until you feel a sinking movement. Hold down Vigorously and Firmly for 15 seconds, and then release. Normally, if gas is filled into the collar successfully, some of the gas will leak out from the nozzle at the moment of inflation, and you can see the gas leaking out of the bottle.
