2.Make sure no objects placed 12″ in front of litter box.

IF THE NETWORK CANNOT BE CONNECTED

1. Please do not keep the machine too far away from the router.

2. The router has set address filtering, or there is IP conflict, you can try to change the router settings, or restart the router.

3. Mobile phone compatibility problems, you can try to replace the phone for network matching. The phone needs to have Bluetooth and satellite positioning turned on.

4.Please make sure you home wifi has 2.4G connection. If your Home WIFI has 5G and 2.4G, make sure you are connected to the 2.4G one. If the router is a dual-band mode, please refer to the router setup instructions to split the 2.4G and 5G signals and connect the 2.4G band.

5. After machine initial self inspection, long press AUTO for 2-3 seconds, please note to press area below the AUTO sign, then you support to hear a BEEP sound and see the wifi indicator flashing, then you are ready to make the connection.

HOW TO GET YOUR CAT USED TO THE LITTER BOX QUICKLY

1. Put the cat’s previous litter box next to the machine and let the cat get used to defecating next to the machine.

2. Put some of the cat’s used litter and its excrement in the machine to let the cat have a familiar feeling of the new litter box.
